I just sent an order, when will I receive it?
If you ordered a subscription to one of our monthly publication, please allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive your first issue once we have received and processed your order in our system.
If you ordered one of our books, or other products, those usually ship within 2 business days from our fulfillment center, and should arrive with 5 to 7 business days.
How will my order be sent?
We do send orders either via the US Post Office, or preferred carrier like FedEx or UPS ground depending on the order size.
What is your refund policy?

For subscriptions to one of our monthly publications, purchased directly from Magnificat, we will refund the value of the remaining issues on the subscription. Just email us at Magnificat@magnificat.com.

For our books or other products, please email bookstore@magnificat.com with an explanation for your request for exchange or refund, and we will respond with our answer.

Note: If we send you a refund and said refund is not deposited into your bank account within 6 months from the date of issuance, you hereby agree that Magnificat should void such refund and transfer the full amount to the Magnificat Foundation for use in its ministry as a 501(c)3 corporation, which includes providing subscriptions for those in need.

Mailing list.
We occasionally make our list available to other companies whose products or services might interest you. If you would prefer not to be included, please write to Magnificat, PO Box 822, Yonkers, NY 10702 or send an email to magnificat@magnificat.com. Be sure to include your complete mailing address, as shown on your magazine label.
I haven't received my issue and the month has already begun.
If you are a new subscriber, allow 4 to 6 weeks before receiving your first issue of Magnificat. You will thereafter receive your monthly prayer books between the 10th and the 25th of every month.

I would like a temporary change to my shipping address.
While you’re away on vacation, ask us to change your address temporarily, for free!
This service is guaranteed on three conditions:
1. same country as current subscription;
2. concerns at least 2 shipments;
3. our team is warned a minimum of 5 weeks prior to the change.
How can I let others know about Magnificat?
If you wish to receive a free issue of Magnificat, or if you would like us to send one to a friend, we will be happy to do so.

Gift subscription: does the recipient of the gift know who the donor is?
Yes: both the donor and the recipient receive a gift card.
I offered a subscription; who will be receiving the renewal letters?
When filling in the order form, you can decide whether you or the recipient are to receive the renewal notices.
Please note: if nothing is specified on the order forms, the renewal letters will be automatically sent to the donor of the gift.
How do I know when my subscription runs out?
A few months before your subscription expires, you will receive a letter with your monthly liturgical prayer book, inviting you to renew your subscription.
In order to avoid any inconvenience caused by the interruption of the shipment of your Magnificat, please send your new order form back quickly!
Why should I subscribe to Magnificat?
You’ll receive  Magnificat in your letterbox between the 15th and the 25th of each month.
You’ll have your Magnificat at home, before they go on sale in bookstores.
You’ll save money- a yearly subscription makes you save over US $31 off the cover price.
