Companion for the Sick

PART I 19 When I am confident Remember your compassion, O Lord, and your merciful love, for they are from of old. Do not remember the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions. In your merciful love remember me, because of your goodness, O Lord. Ps 25:6-7 To you I have acknowledged my sin; my guilt I did not hide. I said, “I will confess my transgression to the Lord.” And you have forgiven the guilt of my sin. Ps 32:5 And now, Lord, what is there to wait for? In you rests all my hope. Set me free from all my sins, do not make me the taunt of the fool. Ps 39:8-9 You, O Lord, will not withhold your compassion from me. Your loving mercy and your faithfulness will always guard me. Let them ever say, “The Lord is great,” who long for your salvation. Ps 40:12, 17 Preserve my soul, for I am faithful; save the servant who trusts in you, my God. Have mercy on me, O Lord, for I cry to you all the day long. Gladden the soul of your servant, for I lift up my soul to you, O Lord. O Lord, you are good and forgiving, full of mercy to all who call to you. Ps 86:2-5
